By creating an account or using our Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
Psyccess provides a platform for patients to schedule appointments with licensed psychology professionals (the "Doctors"). The Service allows users to search for Doctors, view their profiles, and book appointments.
Registration: To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, and for restricting access to your computer or device. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
Booking Appointments: Patients can book appointments with Doctors through our Service. All bookings are subject to the availability of the Doctor.
Cancellation Policy: Patients may cancel or reschedule appointments according to the cancellation policy specified by each Doctor.
All Doctors listed on our Service must undergo a review and approval process to ensure they are licensed and qualified to provide psychological services. We reserve the right to reject or remove any Doctor from our Service at our discretion.
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Service. You are prohibited from:
Psyccess shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, including but not limited to the quality of care provided by Doctors.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Psyccess, its affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on our website. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Denmark, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
